Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026 — effective for the FencerPath beta.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a FencerPath account or using the FencerPath service ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. FencerPath is provided by NiSports Scandinavia AB ("we", "us", "our"), based in Sweden.

2. Who can use FencerPath

FencerPath is intended for competitive fencers, parents/guardians managing a fencer's season, and coaches or clubs. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must create and manage your account on your behalf.

3. The beta service

FencerPath is currently in beta. This means:

• Features may change, be added or be removed without notice
• Data accuracy, especially for AI Coach, is still improving as we gather more usage data
• Beta access is currently free; when paid plans launch, we'll notify existing users in advance
• We may occasionally experience downtime or bugs typical of an early-stage product

4. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately at info@nisports.se if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Data accuracy

FencerPath pulls rankings and competition data from official federation and organizer sources where possible. However, we cannot guarantee this data is always complete, current or error-free. For anything that affects registration, eligibility or qualification decisions, always confirm directly with the relevant federation.

6. AI Coach

AI Coach (beta) is a decision-support tool, not a decision-maker. It analyzes your own results and rankings to offer general guidance about competition value. Its recommendations are informational only and should not be treated as a guarantee of ranking, qualification or competition outcomes. You remain responsible for your own registration and competition decisions.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use FencerPath for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization
• Scrape, resell or redistribute FencerPath's data or content without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

8. Intellectual property

FencerPath's design, branding, software and content are owned by NiSports Scandinavia AB. Your own data — fencer profiles, results you add — remains yours; you grant us a license to use it solely to provide and improve the Service.

9. Limitation of liability

FencerPath is provided "as is" during beta, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed registrations, deadlines or qualification outcomes resulting from reliance on FencerPath data. Always verify critical information with the relevant federation.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or other users.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as FencerPath evolves. We'll notify active users of material changes by email before they take effect.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
